We provide various home remodeling services, including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, and deck construction. Descriptions of our services on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.
Estimates and Quotes
Any estimates or quotes provided through the Site are preliminary and subject to change following an in-person assessment of the project. Final pricing will be provided in a written contract.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the service contract provided to you. Unless otherwise specified in writing, a deposit may be required before work begins, with remaining payments due according to the schedule outlined in your contract.
Intellectual Property
Site Content
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Perla Home Remodeling, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Trademarks
The Perla Home Remodeling name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Perla Home Remodeling or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Perla Home Remodeling.
User Contributions
Any content you submit to the Site, including but not limited to comments, reviews, or testimonials, becomes the property of Perla Home Remodeling and may be used for marketing or other purposes without compensation to you.

Limitation of Liability
Exclusion of Damages
In no event will Perla Home Remodeling, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Site, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Cap on Liability
If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms, Perla Home Remodeling is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the Site, Perla Home Remodeling's liability shall in no event exceed $100.00.
Indemnification

Dispute Resolution
Governing Law

Arbitration

Severability
